In a recent Changing Shoes session, one of our class members shared information about the Pennsylvania Yellow Dot program. No one else in the room knew anything about it but once we learned, we wanted to share it with everyone.
The Pennsylvania Dept of Transportation offers a program in which you can order a packet with a yellow dot for your automobile rear window. The yellow dot acts as a sign to first responders that they will find a folder in your vehicle glove box that provides critical information should you be in an accident and unable to respond. It includes your name and address, a photo, emergency contacts, your medication list and your hospital preference should you need hospital care.
To order your yellow dot packet go to the Commonwealth of PA Website
